About Rope
Rope is a free daily climbing game. One rope, three tries a day, and a clock that never stops. It's made to be played in a minute or two over coffee, and to give you a score worth sending to a friend.
Where it came from
Rope began as a 3D climbing game for computers, built around one idea: climbing a rope should feel like climbing a rope, with a rhythm you can feel in your hands. This web version keeps that idea and boils it down to a single finger, so it plays the same on a phone, a tablet or a laptop. Every world on the rope climbs differently, and finding each one's rhythm is half the fun.
Why a daily game
Everyone climbs the same rope each day, so a score means something when you share it. Three tries keeps it short and keeps every try worth taking. A new rope arrives every day at 17:00 UTC.
